Harrowynd is an important trade city in the country of Angoria. It sits as the gateway for the eastern and northern frontiers. While not many raw materials pass through Harrowynd, almost all of the migrant workers do.

Harrowynd is a small but bustling and lively city south of the Malum Wode and north of the Lucidum Mountains. The city has nearly everything a traveler could have need of, including a well-stocked provisioner, blacksmith, and alchemical supply. Harrowynd boasts an Artisan Row where many makers and movers display and sell their wares, as well as the Lantern District, a boardwalk full of a diverse mix of food, drink, and revelry.

The city features mostly dark wood buildings and hanging lanterns situated around the Violet River, so named for the violet blossoms that cover the surface during the summer months. At the center of the city, a large circular courtyard acts as a central market and gateway to the other districts. An odd statue of Aleadra sits in the central fountain; the locals believe it grants luck.

A sizeable garrison is located here in order to maintain the safety of the roads and goods. A cave system to the south is a lucrative gem mine and location for ancient ruins, providing access to residuum as well.
