The premier entertainment district in Waterfowl, consisting of several large taverns situated around an open air park. Located right alongside the Inner Harbor, Rumcutter Walk caters mainly to sailors and merchants with coins to burn, but is known in Waterfowl as the place to go for a rowdy time. The owners of the businesses here have banded together to form their own union to protect themselves from outside influence or competition.

Notable Locations

• Harborwatch: One of the oldest buildings in the city, it was originally the headquarters for the dock guard that would eventually become the Harborwatch. Currently owned and operated by Kimri Button, this tavern is now a multi story alehouse serving fine spirits and food and employing bards and entertainers.
• The Windswept: A cheaper and livelier option of a tavern, it serves standard fare but lots of it, and employs mummers to provide low brow entertainment.
• Oakbrite: A lewd and lecherous establishment, with scantily dressed, attractive servers serving top-shelf wines. It’s more expensive for the atmosphere and is a favorite destination of off-duty Harborwatch and Keepers. Oakbrite also provides services to the courtyard at large with inviting servers in risqué attire offering ale and cheap wine, baked apples and roasted nuts. Owned by the Halbervine family but operated by Kentworth List.
• Tanasta’s Fury: A multi-story inn that has been expanded haphazardly both up and out. It is a comfortable, well-maintained space with plenty of room. Owned by the Starfalow family.
• The Archaist’s Gift: A sleek glass tower housing an impressive casino. The main floor is dedicated to the masses and hosts various tournaments for grand prizes for standard games. The establishment rewards higher winners/spenders by granting access to the higher levels with higher stakes and more exclusive games. The Gift requires adherence to a dress code for entry. • Moniko’s: a bathhouse and brothel.
• The Broken Fang: An amateur fighting pit welcoming all contenders and all bets.
